💡We believe in transparent compensation

This page clearly outlines how Property Pasalo is compensated for different types of property services to ensure full transparency with our clients.

🏠Pasalo & Titled Properties

%Markup Structure

We add a 20% markup on top of the owner's asking price.

Example: If the owner's asking price is ₱1,000,000, the total price to buyers would be ₱1,200,000 (₱1,000,000 + 20% markup).

No Additional Fees

We charge no separate marketing/assistance fee to buyers or sellers.

Reservation Fee Policy

₱10,000 reservation fee (pasalo) is non-refundable if the buyer backs out

This fee compensates for campaign and processing costs. The property may be removed from active promotion during the reservation period.

🏗️Pre-Selling (Affiliate)

🤝Affiliate Relationship

We are an affiliate for developers and may receive a commission after the buyer's reservation/qualification under the developer's terms.

Typical Commission: 3% of TCP (Total Contract Price) or per developer policy

💰Developer-Handled Payments

Reservation fees for pre-selling are handled by the developer and are refundable by the developer under their policy.

We do not hold buyer funds for pre-selling projects.

📢Ads & Referral Links

📱Paid Advertising

We run paid ads (e.g., Facebook) to reach interested buyers and promote our services.

🔗Third-Party Services

If we link to third-party services/projects, we may receive an affiliate commission at no extra cost to you.
